Beer Tastings in the Balthasar Bar
Experience the diversity of the national and international beer world with an exclusive beer tasting for your group in Bar Balthasar. Whether you are beginners in craft beer or are already beer experts, we would be happy to put together a suitable tasting for you. The tastings usually last about 2 hours and include 6 beer samples of approximately 0.15 liters each, as well as bread and water to neutralize the palate. Upon request, exciting food pairings with cheese or chocolates, for example, can be offered.

During this tasting, you will learn why Bock beer actually has nothing to do with the coat of arms of FC Cologne and what role a small town in Lower Saxony plays in this, as well as how a simple Bock can become the strongest beer in the world.
